Seminar - Symmetric functions

The seminar is aimed for both bachelor and master students. Each participant has to give a 45 minutes talk (60 minutes for master students) and additionally hand in an elaboration in LaTeX. (up to 10 pages for bachelor students, up to 15 pages for master students).

In the seminar we will treat symmetric functions (for references see below). The seminar will take place vias Zoom and the talks can be given in German or English. The seminar will probably take place on thursday at 10:30am, however, this can be changed due to the wishes of the particaipants.

A preliminary meeting will take place on 10/12/2020 at 10am, also via Zoom. Interested students please register in advance per mail to the advisors for the seminar, Kunda Kambasso and George Balla.
