The conference "Tropicalizing Flag Varieties" will take place at the RWTH Aachen University from 28.11.-30.11.2019. This workshop is partially supported by the SFB/TRR 195.
We will start on Thursday in the early afternoon and end on Saturday around lunch time. Part of the workshop will be the opening of the exhibition "Women of Mathematics" which will station in Aachen for a few weeks.
During the workshop, there will be talks by the following invited speakers:
- Prof. Michael Joswig (Berlin)
- Prof. Gabriele Nebe (Aachen)
- Prof. Markus Reineke (Bochum)
- Prof. Mathias Schulze (Kaiserslautern)
- Dr. Fatemeh Mohammadi (Bristol)
- Dr. Marvin Anas Hahn (Frankfurt)
- Dr. Alex Fink (London)
This list is not yet complete, there will be a few more invited talks.
All talks will take place in SeMath (Main entrance, ground floor, right), Pontdriesch 14-16, Aachen. The coffee break and all other events will take place in room 403, Pontdriesch 14-16, Aachen.
